Our grievance process applies to all employees, contractors, and clients of Solutions Benchmark including but not limited to:
• Working conditions
• Interpersonal conflicts
• Discrimination or harassment
• Unfair treatment or practices
• Violations of company policies
HR will maintain records of all grievances, investigations, and resolutions. These records will be kept confidential and secure. We acknowledge receipt of the grievance within [5] business days. We will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the grievance. This may include interviews with the complainant, the person(s) against whom the grievance is filed, and any witnesses. Based on the investigation findings, our HR will determine the appropriate course of action and disciplinary action will be taken against any person or persons found to be in breach of our policy.
All grievance matters will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Information will be shared only with those who need to know to investigate and resolve the grievance. Solutions Benchmark prohibits retaliation against any individual who files a grievance or participates in the grievance process. Any form of retaliation will result in disciplinary action.
